These terms govern your use of Appy Club at appy.club (the "Service"), operated by Online Business 247 LLC, 7630 Wood Hollow Drive #128, Austin, Texas 78731, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live).

What you build is yours

You own the apps, content, and data you create with Appy Club. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, build, display, and back up your apps so the Service can function. You can export a full backup or move your app to your own domain at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Appy Club to build or distribute anything that:

• Is illegal, infringing, deceptive, or harmful to others;
• Contains malware, phishing, or attempts to breach security;
• Harasses, exploits, or endangers people, or violates their privacy;
• Spams, scrapes, or abuses the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these rules.

Plans, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) at the prices shown on the pricing page.
• You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable — but if something goes wrong, talk to us.

AI-generated output

Appy Club uses AI to build your app. AI can make mistakes — review what it produces before you publish. You're responsible for your published apps, including their content, claims, and legal compliance.

Third-party services

When you connect services (payments, databases, email, and more), their terms also apply. See our subprocessor list for who processes data on our behalf.

Availability & warranty

We work hard to keep Appy Club reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Appy Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
