How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 60 minutes of all-you-can-build — the full builder, unlimited builds, no card required. The clock starts the moment you run your FIRST build, not when you sign up, so take your time exploring first.

What exactly does $299 lifetime cover?

The whole platform, forever: hosting your apps, the AI builder, custom domains, Android export, analytics, security scans, backups and the community — with no renewal, ever. AI usage runs on your own key (unlimited) or on build packs.

What is 'bring your own key'?

You grab an API key from Google Gemini or Anthropic and paste it into Appy (5 minutes, guided). Builds then run on your key at provider cost — typically $0.30–$1 per build — with zero markup from us, and no limits from anyone. Google Cloud even gives new accounts $300 of free credit, which can cover months of building.

I don't want to manage a key. Can I still build?

Yes — build packs: $15 for 15 builds on our AI, and they never expire. Many members start with packs and add a key later.

Do you charge per message or meter credits like other builders?

No. With your own key there is no meter at all — that's the point of the model. Lovable, Replit and Emergent all sell monthly credits forever; here you buy the platform once and the AI at cost.

I'm an existing paid member — what changes?

Nothing. Cohort, Pro and Founder members keep their plans and pricing exactly as they are.
