This policy explains what personal data Appy Club — operated by Online Business 247 LLC, 7630 Wood Hollow Drive #128, Austin, Texas 78731, United States ("we", "us") — collects when you use appy.club, why we collect it, and the choices you have. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email, and (if you provide it) business name and phone number.
• Content you create — the apps you build, your prompts to the AI, and project files.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, device and browser info, and pseudonymous analytics events.
• Payment data — handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe, Razorpay). We never store your full card number.

How we use it

• To build and run your apps and provide the service you signed up for.
• To send you product, transactional, and (if you opt in) marketing messages.
• To improve the product, keep it secure, and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your private app content to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make Appy Club work (hosting, database, AI, payments, email, analytics). Each is listed, with what it processes, in our Data Processing & subprocessors page. We may also disclose data if legally required.

Your choices & rights

• Access & export — download a full backup of any project any time, and request a copy of your account data.
• Correction & deletion — update your details in Settings, or email us to delete your account and data.
• Marketing opt-out — turn off email/WhatsApp updates in Settings at any time.
• Cookies — we use essential cookies plus privacy-respecting analytics; you can block non-essential cookies in your browser.

Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights. We honor them — contact us to exercise any of them.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. For how we protect it, see our Security page.

Children

Appy Club is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
